    i got this for my grandson (with the help of my daughter) and the grandkid-review is in; the playmat is a winner. He has plenty of cars. the issue was clean up and fun. So, it's easy to clean up (great to save space because it turns into a box) and the mat is a great roadway.

    Your two year old will play for hours
    This mat has wonderful ,recognizable graphics. My grandson immediately took his toys and placed them in the appropreate areas. Boats on the lake. Thomas trains on the tracks and his cars on the roads. I love the easy clean up.- just fold up the sides and all cars move to the middle for easy storage. Thank you, Mrs. Z.

    This is definitely a great mat for the living room or for on the go travel. My family and I were going away to a camping trip this summer and I bought this mat for my nephew so he would have something fun to do while camping. I really liked the mat and the designs that were on it. The only negative part about it was that it did not include cars. So I had to buy that separately, If your child loves trucks or cars this is definitely a great gift because it will keep them entertained for hours.

    If your looking for some good travel toys this is a great one. What I love most about it is that it is easy to fold up and take on the go. For either vacations or just going to friend's houses. It has really cool designs on the mat that the kids can use cars on to be creative and use their imagination. The only downside on this mat is that it does not come with cars which is kind of a bummer. I had to go and buy extra set of cars so my son would be able to play with it.

    Play Mat Without Cars
    Our 22-month old granddaughter loves playing with small cars. She has a toy with ramps and loves to slide the cars down the ramp. I thought that she'd really like this play mat, but at this point in her development, she's not that interested in it (well, she was interested in jumping on it for a few minutes, but that was about it). I think that it will be a toy that she has to grow into. We modeled playing with the cars on the road, but she really didn't seem to understand yet what to do with it. The playmat itself is durable and engaging. It was sort of difficult to fold up into a bin, but once we figured that out, it's become a good place to store her cars and car-related toys!

  • This play mat is great for hitting the road. It folds up to take along with you, and when it opens up your little one can use cars and trucks to drive through town.

  • Broaden their imaginations by adding dolls, figures or animals to play act different scenes. Maybe Teddy Bear ran out of honey and needs to run to the grocery. Or perhaps a doll has become a firefighter going to put out a neighborhood blaze. Using their imagination makes this a great 2 year old toy.

  • Help your child draw pictures of traffic signs to glue onto ice pop sticks. You can place the signs in clay so they can stand upright. Teach your toddler about these signs and what each one means so he/she can learn to recognize and obey the signs on a real road.

  • While the play mat is folded into the carrying case, hide some secret toys in the bag. When the mat is opened next time, your little one will have fun trying to invent new scenarios to play with the new toys he/she found in the case. Coming up with new solutions and stories will expand your child's imagination.
