Features and Skills
- Some children shy away from puppets at first. Before you put your hands in them and make them come alive introduce your baby to all the different My First Barnyard Puppets, let your child feel them.
- As you show your child the animal, press the side of the book that makes the corresponding noise. Sit with your little one and practice making the animal sounds. Next you can progress to saying the animal's name.
- As your child feels more comfortable with the puppets he/she will want to try them on for himself/herself.
- With this learning toy, your child will learn to associate the animal with the noise they make, pressing the side of the book to hear the sound.
- Use the puppets to begin to play act a barnyard scene.
