This architectural beauty features three floors, six spacious rooms, oversize attic, inviting balconies, two pair of swinging french doors and two spiral staircases. Constructed of 1/4" birch plywood this detailed design is built to take the demands of schools and day-care centers. Spire and roof assembly are designed to "break-away" is a child falls into them and then easliy re-attach for continued fun. Adult assembly required. Scale is 1" to 1".
