Features and Skills

• You could start using this toy as soon as your baby can lie on his or her stomach propped up on his or her elbows. Encourage your infant to reach out and bat the puzzle pieces in this position. Try to get your baby to switch hands to encourage weight shifting and make him or her strong for crawling
• Once your baby is sitting independently, he or she can start moving the yellow and blue pieces on its tracks, this will help your child to reach outside his or her base of support and strengthen his or her trunk.

• When playing with the 1,2,3 puzzle, try singing the song as well as pointing out to your child what objects start with the corresponding numbers.
• As you slide the pieces along the abacus on top, you can encourage your child to count the pieces as you move them
