2 Toy Fun
Description
One of these great baby toys is not enough. That is why we grouped them together. The FIRST baby toy, Nest & Stack Buckets is a shape-sorting bucket that has ten cups and four fun shapes. Your little one will feel such a sense of accomplishment when he/she stacks the buckets to over three feet tall! The SECOND, Fascination Station, is an all in one entertainment stop for your baby. A sturdy suction cup base allows the Fascination Station to be easily attached to a highchair tray or flat surface.
Why we love it
The Nest and Stack Buckets receive our seal of approval because each cup is a different vibrant color. The cups can be stacked to create a tall tower or they can be nested inside each other to save space. AND the Fascination Station receives our seal of approval because it is well-made washable activity toy that keeps infants happy while seated at a highchair waiting for their meals.
These go way beyond baby toys...they are great for learning today, and for a long time to come.
Product Features
- These 2 Toy Fun stackers are classic toys that teach your baby the spatial relationship of different sizes of the same object. As baby toys go, each of these cups also has a soft PVC-free teething rim to sooth your baby’s teeth.
- At first your child will learn to nest the cups within each other through trial and error. Sit on the floor and show him/her the different sizes of cups. Line them up in a row from large to small, then put them in each other.
- Later on, you can show your infant how to build a tower by stacking the cups on top of each other. Let him/her knock it down and enjoy the giggles!
- You can use the cups to begin to teach colors to your child. Just be sure to differentiate between the color of the cups, and the outer teething ring. Point to the color and say the name aloud. Have your toddler practice repeating the colors back to you as you say them.
- You can also teach your little one the words, “Big, Bigger and Biggest” or “Small, Smaller and Smallest.” Ask him/her, “What color is the biggest cup?”
- The Fascination Station has suction cups that make it perfect entertainment for the road. And you don’t have to worry about this toy falling overboard when you secure it to the highchair or stroller.
- Show your baby what happens when you spin this toy. Your child can choose which activity he/she is most interested in by pushing the wheel around to the next toy.
- Babies love to study faces, so they love to look in mirrors. Imagine your baby’s discovery the day he/she makes the connection that the face he/she sees in the mirror is his/her own. Get down on the ground, at your baby’s level and look into the mirror to encourage your baby to look back at you. Soon your baby will play peek-a-boo with himself/herself in the mirror and experience his/her moment of self-recognition.
- Your little one will love to explore the different bumps and textures on this toy, along with the rattle sounds and the smiley face.
- When your baby becomes more adept at play, you can take the rattle off the base and let him/her play with it on his/her own. Soon he/she will be able to sit up on his/her own, hold the rattle in one hand and spin it with the other.
