• Children like to carry tote bags – this one can be used to store the groceries or other items your child wants to bring along.  Play a guessing game: pick an item from the bag and describe it to your child. Have them guess what it is, without looking.
• Play a categorization game and group the foods by color or texture (soft or crunchy).
• Develop pre-math skills of counting and fractions, number-item association, and half vs. whole.

  This was like any toy you can find anywhere. I have a daughter who absolutely loves to play house so I bought this kitchen food set for her. She liked it just wish there was more to it..but it did come with a cute little shopping bag that my daughter loves to carry around the house.
