Cutest little hen!This is truly a charming toy. The hen itself is so adorable, but the kids also loved the eggs/chicks as well as the delightful chicken noises. The baby I got this for could already walk, so no encouragement was needed for her to walk. However, the toy did fascinate the older children as well. I can't say that it is the most educational toy, but it is very delightful and would interest most children. It is also made very sturdily and seems like it can take a fair amount of abuse. - Overall:

Henrietta the pull along hen is the perfect way to encourage your child to move from crawling to walking. At first your little one will play with the hen while sitting in place. Ask your baby if he/she can make his/her legs wiggly like the hen.
Then, you walk ahead of your child while pulling the hen along. Your baby will follow the little chicks that fall out of Henrietta as you pull her.
Soon your child will walk holding your hand and pulling the hen along in the other. Each step they take is reinforced by the happy sounds of the hen
