Easy Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a refund or credit if returned within 30 days of shipment*.

Simply contact us at 1-877-359-3428. Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

We will provide a return number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

* Drop Shipped items will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

Economy Service:

• TYPICALLY 9-11 business days, excluding holidays (please allow 1-2 more day for delivery during holidays)
• Item(s) typically ship next business day (excluding drop-shipped items which require 2-3 days to ship)
• Price: Based on the size/weight of the items
• Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is approximately 14 days (with a delivery surcharge)

• Orders shipping to PO Boxes are sent USPS and can not be tracked
• Delivery Time: TYPICALLY 2-6 business days, excluding holidays (please allow 1 more day for delivery during holidays)
