  • Pretend play is so important at this age. With this Princess Castle your prince or princess will love to spend his/her time imagining far away places she has never seen before.
  • First give your child a "guided tour" of the castle, showing her how to open and close the draw bridge and pointing out the balcony, the ivy, ladder, jail and more.
  • Have your little one explore new descriptors that she does not already use. Your child will use language to set up and enact the scenes.
  • Let your story spill out of the castle walls. Add food and some wooden blocks to make a table and have a royal banquet. Invite other characters to the fair. Wouldnt Teddy bear like to join the feast?
  • Use the opportunity to read some royal fairy tales to your child, like The Princess and the Pea or The Emperors New Clothes.
