Features and Skills
- Your child will have an early introduction to cause and effect with toy as well as enhance their fine motor skills
- Build the track with your child in different configurations and show your toddler how the train moves around it, and makes different sounds.
- At first your child will work on building the train track music notes with the song book. They will learn that the different color pieces, make different noises.
- Once they hear the different notes, you will see their tastes slowly emerge as they find the one they like best & then your child will start making their very own original melodies!
- You can suggest that your child use other toys from around the house to elaborate on the scene. Add toy figures and set up a train station complete with a ticket booth and a train schedule!
- Sit with your child and draw or cut-out scenes from magazines. Glue the pictures on cardboard backs and stand them up around the track. You can expand your child’s vocabulary as the train passes by pictures of far away places like Paris, or maybe even the jungle!
