Why Our Experts Love It

This Bubble Tumbler is mess-free, portable and the perfect size for small hands!

Plus what kid doesn't love bubbles?

FACT: Ever notice how young kids have a tough time blowing bubbles? Blowing bubbles is great for a child's speech development - the action of pursing one's lips strengthens a child's facial muscles and improves speech. It is on of Shari's, our speech pathologist, favorite toys for this reason.
  • Children love bubbles, but at first he/she will need your help to blow them. At first you can blow the bubbles and let your little one concentrate on popping them. One way to help her learn is by cutting a straw in thirds and having her blow through the straw, aiming it at the bubble wand.
  • Have your child’s practice her motor skills by trying to catch the bubbles on the wand. Then, blow through the wand again. This time making an even bigger bubble.
  • Introduce your little one to the concept of taking turns with friends and sharing the wand. Give each person a job, one pops the bubbles while they other one blows them. Teach the children social phrases by using words like, “my turn” and “your turn.”
  • Play a silly counting game by trying to count the bubbles before they pop!
  • Your child can see the difference between big and small by trying to blow bubbles of different sizes. Blowing through the straw concentrates the air and makes small bubbles, while blowing very slowly makes a big bubble.
