Description
The Magna-Tiles Clear Colors Set consists of 32 magnetic tiles that allow children to build and play. Kids can create cubes, pyramids, and other geometric shapes. Each tile attracts on all sides, even when flipped around, which results in being able to build countless designs. Start with a basic design and go wherever your imagination leads!
Pieces: 2 large squares, 4 right triangles, 8 equilateral triangles, 14 small squares and 4 isosceles triangles.

These Magnatiles are great educational toys for kids and are tops at open-ended imaginative play! But, we LOVE them because kids will think they are just having fun building.
Shhhhh! Don′t tell them they are really engaging in mathematical activities such as creation and exploration of shapes and patterns. And counting, addition, subtraction and fractions. The tile pieces easily connect for hours of fun, learning math, spatial relations and how to build sturdy structures. Pretty sneaky!

Bottom line, these Magnatiles are simply fantastic, unique building blocks that allow a child′s imagination to run wild.
Features and Skills
- This toy is a great next step from traditional building blocks. Because the pieces are held together by magnets, your child can build more creative structures in more creative ways. Once your child creates a base, he/she can build the magnetic structure as high and large as he/she likes and decorate it with the various attachments.
- Magnatiles are great for learning problem solving skills. Your little one will learn how the pieces fit together best through trial and error and use his/her reasoning to find the best solution.
- These jumbo-sized pieces engage your preschooler with more complex objects that require two hands to build. This will improve his/her fine motor skills.
- Ask your child to describe the structure he/she has created. What kind of a structure is it? Who lives there?
- You can combine Magnatiles with other toys, like a car or figures, to create a whole town. What happens in the neighborhood today? Is there a fire on the tower that Fire Bear Teddy has to put out?
