Why Our Experts Love It

If you are reading this, you should get the Marble Run. Seriously, just get it.

Forget the great value, it works beyond your expectations and it is super for creativity, spacial relations and basic physics.

We really love all our marble runs - some are more basic, and some are really advanced. But at the end of the day, they all accomplish what we love; creative play, learning through play and creating a wonderful sense of accomplishment when the child sets out to build something and it works.

The only issue: it's addictive.

Once you start building, you won't stop til you make a great marble run.
  • Children begin by doing puzzles at an early age. Once they have mastered that, though, they may become bored with puzzles altogether. This puzzle presents a whole new challenge. It takes a different set of skills to see things and be able to put things together in three dimensions.
  • Due to the complexity of this set early on you may have to be very involved in helping set up the Marble Run for your child.
  • Because the puzzle has to stand up, it also uses some of the same skills that are used when stacking blocks. Which pieces will you put together first so that the structure will be balanced?
  • Your child will learn how to make the structure stand through trial and error. If it falls, just try and try again.
  • The marble run can be built however your child likes, a different way each time. And each time he/she builds it, he/she will learn to keep in mind the way the marble will move through the maze, anticipating its movement.
  • Then release the marble and watch it go. Notice where it picks up speed or slows down. Explain to your child that gravity is what pulls the ball down through the maze and around the corners.
