Features and Skills
- This ice cream set has enough flavors to open your own parlor! At first your little one will pull the pieces apart with his/her hands. With practice he/she will learn to use the scooper correctly to pretend scoop the ice cream.
- Your child will tell you the name of each flavor. Use the different flavors to put together two or three word phrases, like "sweet pink strawberry" or "crunchy sugar cone." This will help your child practice his language abilities and put together longer sentences.
- Your toddler will enjoy using his/her imagination and pretending that he/she is eating or making the ice cream. He/She will love turning the tables and serving you, maybe even in his/her very own “ice cream truck”. "Order up!"
- While at the truck, order a specific variation of ice cream. Include two to four scoops on your cone. This will improve your child's ability to listen and follow directions, as well as sequencing and memory skills.
