Description
This charming, cleverly designed pelican shape sorter provides baby with multi-stage developmental challenges and fun. Exploring the shapes by hand and tossing them into the pelican′s mouth will keep baby intrigued in the early stage. In the later stages, the pelican will supply baby with hours of developmental fun, matching shapes through the sorter and learning their names and their colors guided by delightful feedback in 3 different languages.
Younger babies will enjoy opening and closing the pelican’s beak. Requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).

We love this shape sorter! It helps language development by teaching not only the names of shapes, but colors and words too — in three languages! It will enhance cognitive development by teaching baby how to differentiate shapes, and will help in understanding the notion of cause and effect.

Features and Skills
- The Pelican Sorter will teach color, shapes and cause and effect to your little one. First start with just playing with the shapes that come with the pelican. Have your child hand you the yellow triangle etc. This will be reinforcing their colors and shapes.
- This pelican also teaches your little one numbers!
- Its also great for language development. Your child will hear the names of the shapes and numbers. (Its also bilingual!)
- Your child will learn cause and effect – when I put this in here – it makes noise and comes out the other end!
- You can also take this opportunity to teach your child about pelicans and other birds or seas animals! Where does the pelican live? What does it eat?
