- Your child may be insisting on dressing herself each day. What better way to practice these new skills than on a Princess Magnetic Doll.
- As your children grow, they start making decisions on their own. At first they begin by learning to make choices between two things. Soon they can consider and make choices from a wider range of options. With all the accessories in this kit, your child will have plenty of chances to improve those decision-making skills.
- As far as learning toys go, your child will enjoy mixing-and-matching the different accessories to create different outfits for the dolls. Your child can learn to group like items together according to category (pants, tops) or pattern (stripes, etc.)
- Have her describe each article of clothing and explain why she made the choices she did.
- Invite friends to join in building other characters, or show them your own favorite outfit combination. This helps your little one learn that not everyone will make the same choices, even when presented with the same pieces. Each doll is individual, just like the person who built it. And wouldn't the world be boring if we were all the same?
- Act out a story with the princesses. Does one princess help the others get ready for the royal ball? Bring other characters from around the house to join in the fun.
- You can expand on this toy by using construction paper and cutting it out to design new clothes for the doll.
