eBeanstalk offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
eBeanstalk uses FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

Shipping Details:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
Returns:
eBeanstalk is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days.
- If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
- Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges
that have already been incurred.
- If you would like an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with delivering the new toy.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
- Obtain a gift return (GR) number by calling Customer Service, 1-203 854 9600, Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:00, EST.
- Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

(your Gift Return number) - Credit: 2 weeks upon receipt and inspection eBeanstalk will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
- If the returned item is $20 and the transaction used a 10% off coupon, $18 will be refunded.
- If the merchandise being returned causes the original order total to fall below $75, the value of our Free Shipping promotion will be deducted.
- Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. eBeanstalk is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
