Features and Skills
- One way we love to put puzzles together at ebeanstalk is to separate all the puzzle pieces into 3 piles-the 4 corner pieces, the border pieces (with the flat edges) and the inside pieces. Teach your child to follow the picture on the box and create the outside frame first (using the border pieces and corners) and then fill in the middle pieces of the puzzle.
- Use this Our World Floor Puzzle puzzle to teach your child about the world. The illustrations can be a starting point for conversations about similarities and differences in the world.
- Use a globe to show your child where these places are. Use an atlas, too. Teaching your child about other places in the world helps to expand their horizons.
